Information about Participation Fee
1. VAT is included in the fees.
2. A maximum of three presentations can be given at the congress; the additional fee for the third presentation is 500 TL.
3. Payment of the participation fee is mandatory for all participants attending the congress.
4. Cancellations are not possible after the program is announced, and the participation fee paid is non-refundable. If participants cancel their registration before the program is announced and have already paid the congress fee and received an invoice, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting VAT.

Review Processes
Abstracts submitted to the congress will be evaluated using blind peer review. Abstracts presented at our congress may be published as articles in scientific journals after peer review (blind peer review and evaluation/confidential review process).

* Participants who pay the fee can take advantage of all the other benefits of the conference except for the conference bag and gala dinner. Participants who do not wish to take advantage of the conference's social program and other benefits can attend the panel discussions, presentations, and workshops free of charge.
