*The congress bag will only be given to participants who attend face-to-face and with oral presentations.

1. A maximum of three papers can be presented at the congress, the third paper additional fee is 500 TL.

2. All participants who will attend the congress are required to pay a participation fee.

3. Participants who have paid the listener fee can attend the paper sessions, panels, invited speaker sessions, and workshops free of charge. They can also enjoy the main meals, gala dinner, conference tour, lanyard, pen, and notebook.

4. After the program is announced, registration cannot be canceled and the paid participation fee is not refunded. If participants who cancel their registration before the program is announced have paid the congress fee and an invoice has been issued, the remaining fee will be refunded after VAT is deducted.

There will be a blind review process for submissions.
Papers to be presented at our congress can be published in scientific journals as articles after referee evaluations (blind referee and evaluation / confidential evaluation process).
